What are essential oils?

Do I have to burn the oil to use it as a pest control?

Damaged or Broken
Please send an email to ancientessenseoils@gmail.com and include a photo if you receive a damaged product. Also, please include the invoice # and a description of the defect.
We will be happy to send you a replacement or a refund.

$5.95 Flat rate shipping for orders under $100 . We also offer Free shipping for all US orders over $100. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order, as the post is less efficient than it used to be.
Wholesale Shipping
$7.95 Flat rate for orders under $150. Free shipping on wholesale orders over $150.
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Most wholesale orders qualify for Priority shipping.
International Shipping
International packages require an additional fee. No international packages over $180 will be shipped to the UK.
Back Orders
If an item is not in stock, we will not charge you for it and refund that portion of the sale. To keep the prices low, we source large quantities, and do not run out of stock.
Refunds & Returns
Our customers are normally satisfied with our products, if for some reason you are not, we still offer a 30 day return policy. Please email us at ancientessenseoils@gmail.com with the invoice #, name, and address. We will issue a full refund when we receive the full product back. Secure the products before shipping so no leaking occurs. Shipping charges are not included in the returns and are not refundable. No refunds will be issued if the product has been substantially used.
